Very good dev board

For µGame 10 Python Game Console Kit

The packaging was correct and the delivery was fast.
The dev board is functional, but I noticed that the micro USB connector was moving (the brackets had not been welded). After 2 welds the problem has been solved.

Good Seller with amazing support.

For 16-pin Expander Shield for D1 Mini

I bought one of the 16 pin Expander Shields for a Project of mine, because the amazin D1 Mini sadly ran out of pins for me to use.
When I stumbled upon this board, I immediately ordered one to test. Shipping did take a while to germany, but it was a busy time with a few public holidays in between, so that's ok.
When I asked a Question about the board I got an answer pretty quick, that helped me immense, and even with my own stupidity, asking some stupid questions, I always got nice answers. When I finally found out, that one pin of the board was not functional, I was offered a replacement immediately.
All in all, I can definitely recommond this product and seller, as I tested out the functioning pins and everything works great. The Shield looks good on the D1 Mini and gives you a lot of pins for your projects.

Well thought out and executed

For X-Pad, Buttons Shield for D1 Mini, Version 6.0

I've written button debouncing code in MicroPython, but this little device brings convenience to a new level. Buttons you press are latched on until the next read, a benefit I hadn't been expecting. The physical design is excellent, and the push-to-fit mounting for the D1 Mini greatly simplifies further construction. All in all a great little product that I'm looking forward to experimenting with.

I've unpacked it , tested that it turns on, but didn't actually get to use it yet.
Leavening s review because tindie insists.
I wish there was documentation, e.g. what does the switch do and how to run games while tethered.

So glad I discovered this WeMOS D1 servo shield!!

For 16-channel Servo Shield for D1 Mini, Version 2.0

My grandson (6 yrs old) and I are planning on playing with servos and since I had a couple WeMOS D1, I went looking for a shield and discovered this one. Now I live in the US and I know international shipping can take some time, and this did. I waited a month and it never showed.

The day before I was going to email Deshipu, I got an email from him asking if I had recieved the boards yet (wow!!). When I told him I hadn't he asked me to send him the order number and he would ship out replacements. I offered to pay, but he would't hear of it. Wouldn't you know it, two days later I go out to the mail and there was the package. Fortunately I was able to email Deshipu before he mailed out the replacements.

Soldering the headers was a piece of cake. I downloaded the recommended library (you can find them in the documentation) connected the board to the WeMOS, attached a servo and ran one of teh sample programs and the servo started moving.

My grandson wants to set up sone 'spy' traps so the idea is to have a PIR on another WeMOS checking the hall. The WeMOS with the server will be on the ceiling with the servo holding some confetti. When someone goes by, the PIR will send a signal and the servo will open dropping the confetti (originally he wanted to drop something much heavier, but I talked him out of that idea - phew)

I was very impressed with Deshipu checking up on me before I had to contact him and being ready to ship off replacements. If only all businesses would run this way.

I highly recommend doing business with him.

A very necessary product and high quality to boot!

For 16-channel Servo Shield for D1 Mini

This is my first purchase on Tindie and I was not disappointed. The product itself is a necessary one - there are no equivalents that I can find anywhere. I'll be using the product to create a more compact animatronics driver than is possible with the arduinos I've used in the past. The added bonus of the wifi on the esp8266 is interesting too and might allow for simple live performance control. This board really opens up some intriguing possibilities. It fits nicely on top of the d1 minis and is very high quality (much more so than the minis themselves). The board is manufactured at OSHpark (at least this prototype I received is) and so is elegant and high quality. The pins used turned out to be very strong high quality also. This was a good thing as they arrived bent but I was able to fix them. After a quick email exchange the conclusion was the pin rows should be soldered by the customer in future.

In this prototype a trace needs to be cut to switch from esp routed power to external power - external power being a must for most scenarios of use I guess. In the future this will be a jumper I'm told, which will make this board even better.

Shipping was fast and inexpensive and thats important - hate to pay more for shipping than for the board.

This is a quality product, a necessary one in the market and a good, friendly seller.
