You never can have too many SMD adapters on hand when tinkering with electronics on solderless breadboards. This set gives you a total of twelve adapter PCBs and three 40-pin headers.
The adapter PCBs are double sided and are of three different models and you'll receive four of each model.
I use these myself and are happy with them and want to share them with you for a decent price. Does $4.50 + less than a dollar in shipping for 12 PCBs and 3 headers sound fair to you?
Please note that the images with a soldered chip is just for illustration purposes. You will not receive any chips in this set.
