This is a set with both the regular sized (0.4-2.3mm) and the XL sized (2.4-3.5mm) versions of the Component Pin Sizer.
How often haven't you wondered if that particular component will fit in a 0.8mm hole or if you need a 0.9 or even a 1.0 mm hole? Sure - you can use calipers to measure, but it's kinda tricky and hard to read the correct size especially when measuring square pins. And it's also hard to tell how much of wiggle room you've got unless you actually can test it with real hole.
With the PinSizer you can just put the pin into the holes and actually get an immediate confirmation of the correct size you need for your hole/via in your PCB.
This set is cheap to ship so it will cost you less than dollar in shipping. And the cost for the set is 1 dollar less than the two parts combined. How that's for a deal? :-)
