Beware that the original was the "CMS Game Blaster" and was not Sound Blaster nor AdLib-compatible. Many DOS games supported it natively, and some could be patched to do so. It has an interesting and distinct square wave sound.
The card itself is well-made and looks great. As a DIY kit comes neatly packed and is straightforward to solder. Have the "sound quality mod" as well, the retro sounds are harsh to today's ears even with it. :)
