Work really nice, have it together with my pwnagotchi. Delivery time a little bit long that keeping me from another order. For the rest nice product, nice manual and connection material and package nice in a plastic box.
I purchased after I wrote them. they will respond usually between 1&3 days with a very short and brief sentence. But product showed up turned it on and it started grabbing pcaps. For people who may be new to pwnagotchi and or Linux and or script. this will be a challenge. seller will not be giving any suggestions. go to Reddit and get beat up their. I do have problems connecting to my Pwnagotchi via ssh as my laptop won't see it unless I fully reset my network connections on my laptop. But this has nothing to do with seller. just my lack of experience. will be buying another from this seller as soon as I learn how to use current one.
The pisugar battery unfortunately is just a bit cheap and a bit crap. Having it all in one tight package is great, and looks cool but it barely lasts 2 hours brand new using the device with the ocasional blutooth going.
For the money you are much better off buying a seperate battery pack that is 20000mah and it lasts forever.
Im pretty convinced the battery will be dead in a couple of months of being used too.

Pisugar 2 battery pi zero, is okay but could be better
In our project we where looking for a pi zero with battery, on/off button, and easy charging.
The Pisugar2 has only an OFF button (if manual configured like that). The ON function is not (yet) implemented. The OFF button is positioned on the long side of the pi zero. Because the assembly (pi zero plus battery) is build in a hand-grip, it would be more convenient having this functional button on the same side as the SD card. The charging micro USB connection is positioned on the long side of the pi zero. Because the assembly (pi zero plus battery) is build in a hand-grip, it would be more convenient having this functional button on the same side as the SD card.
What and how to program the button with shell scrips is a total mystery for raspberry pi Dummy's. Samples of shell scrips for programming the button would be very helpful. The first time customer now is left in the dark. A good product with a lot of potentials but also a product with missed chances.
I am enjoying my pisugar. I am having some issues trying to get all of the features working, but that might be more a problem with my level of skill with raspberry pi's and adding plugins and scripts. They do update the features regularly and I reached out for help with my issues.
Let me start by saying that the hardware part is a nice looking solution with some smart solutions, like the pogo pins to connect to the Pi Zero, the threaded inserts to screw onto the Pi Zero and the magnet to hold the battery. The board looks professionally made, I have no doubts about the quality.
However there are some decisions made which I don't understand: * Why an RTC SD3078 which is not supported by the Raspbian/Raspberry PI OS? If you really want to have proper OS support for the RTC you have to recompile the OS kernel. * Why a Web UI to control the board, and not some CLI commands, in my opinion the software side is not very well thought out. * Software is written in an obscure language called Rust. A Python version of the software is deprecated, while Python is a much wider adopted programming language.
I hope the OS kernel will eventually support the used RTC and the software will improve in the future, because for now this is not a proper implementation
So the case itself is nicely printed with what appears to be resin. The Pi 0 + battery + e-ink fits nicely inside the case along with the kit provided. However, one of the protective panels for the battery / e-ink came broken. One of the latches or pieces to hold the protective cover in place was broken upon delivery so I was unable to secure one of the sides.
Even if this component was not broken, it does not appear to fully let me place the protective cover over the e-ink display. There doesn't appear to be enough room on the long sides of the display for the edge to get in between the screen and case. This might be a result of forgetting to say I need the e-ink protective cover so this part is probably on me.
The battery works great and as expected.
Shipping was a bit long, took about a month to receive the product.
I wish I can fully say I was happy with the entirety of what I ordered but has to fall a bit short due to the broken protective panel and it doesn't fit with e-ink display. Again, this might just be on me for not mentioning I needed the specific e-ink display protective panel.
At this juncture, I am trying to MacGyver a protective side for the screen.
The other alternative, break the entire case now that I have the battery + pi 0 + e-ink display latched in there with the screws and go without a case. Once the everything has been placed into the case it's very hard to remove everything.

Hi Adam, you can contact us for the case issue and we can arrange a replacement for you. Thanks!
Pisugar sent a complete pwnagotchi kit with everything I needed. Minimal assembly and the latest version already loaded on a 32Gb card. Everything was nicely packaged in a sturdy plastic box for save travelling in the postal system. Very little documentation, but I didn't need any.
