i did email you four days before i left this review and you did not respond. but you did respond within an hour of the review being left.
and i do not believe your claim of shipping a replacement card to me without any tracking.

Hi! I did respond and also sent you a replacement card weeks ago and haven't heard anything from you since then, so I assumed everything was alright. I wish you would have contacted me again so we could have worked something out. Naturally I don't want to have any dissatisfied customers.
