Webserver code is cool not what I'm using it for. The documentation wasn't just clear enough on the board layout. It says it can use clocking LEDs but no pin for it. It just says output. The code is for a webserver or BLE only. No notation or illustration on where in the code to change the pins.
Thank you for your feedback! I'm always looking for ways to improve, so I'll spend some time on the documentation. Any of the pins can be used for data/clock pairs for clocked LEDs like APA102, DotStar, etc. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly for assistance: https://www.evilgeniuslabs.org/contact/
I finally received my order, and I was very happy and satisfied. It came in a nice black envelope with protective cover for the level shiffter. Soldering went easy, but I wished there were more detailed pictures of how the part should go together (not so professional in electronic component and how they are orinated).
Once assembled, all worked fine.
One point, if you are not using a good power supply, the esp2866 will reboot and have error. all solved when I added a proper power supply to the end of the LED strip on the injection point.
