Product never arrived. Seller disappeared.

The product has never arrived. Seller only responded after many weeks, to my third message, stating he would investigate. This was his last message months ago. In the end tindie refunded my money.
I would have liked not to rate the product and the documentation, so I have absolutely no idea, since the product has never arrived, but unfortunately this was not possible - the rating system insists on me rating everything.
