Poor mechanical design

For LILYGO® T-Embed ESP32-S3 Custom Control Panel

The mechanical design of the rotary encoder is too small for normal sized people.
It does come apart but it's as difficult as hand soldering SMDs to reassemble.
If you're very careful you might manage it. In my case a microscopic bit of plastic flipped off the bench and was lost.
Doesn't come with firmware loaded, so I'm wondering if they were tested at the factory.
Very disappointed in the product.

Shipping was quite slow.

Works well, v1.2 not 1.1, no OLED screen, no off switch

For LILYGO® TTGO T-Beam V1.2

The T-Beam works well as a tracker. Just note you must give it some time with a view of the sky to acquire a GPS lock, especially the first time it is powered up this may take 10 minutes or so.

The board I received was v1.2, not 1.1 as listed. Not an issue, but you need to know as firmware is version specific. As noted, this item doesn't come with the OLED screen; the product photo the includes a screen should probably be removed / updated. It's also a bit inconvenient that the board doesn't include an off switch; once I put in the 18650 it's not easy to stop it.

The github repos give adequate documentation. Shipped quickly and nicely packaged. Thanks!

No delivery update whatsoever

For LILYGO® TTGO T-PCIE ESP32-WROVER-B AXP192 Chip

I placed an order more than two weeks ago, and the only thing I'm receiving as a tracking number is a vague update saying it's shipped. That's it!

I contacted customer service a few times but didn't receive anything more than that. They don't even cancel my order.

Poor customer service.

How to connect to wifi ?

For T-Display-S3 ESP32-S3 1.9 inch ST7789 LCD

I could not find documentation to make the unit connect to my wifi.
Upon power up the unit scan for wifi and locates the wifi around including mine.
It then try to connect xinyuandianzi but times out.
The display refers to EspTouch app to connect to the network.
Where can I find step by step instructions to connect to my wifi ?
