Do you know my Nanohub products? They are the smallest USB hubs anywhere. They have a problem, though - you can't just plug in a USB device in the nanohubs. They require you to solder wires to them - they are intended for hacking projects where you probably don't even have space for connectors.
But what if you do have the space for connectors, just not... a big piece of plastic and air around them? That's what the microhub is for. It works great to add USB ports to things like Raspberry Pis or similar computers. And it's a handy little USB hub to just take with you anywhere. It has a hard conformal coating on the electronics side, so it won't short out or damage easily.
It's another member in the Nanohub (and now Microhub) family. Apparently, I like making tiny, tiny USB hubs.

Hey there! Like most people on this website I make electronics. In fact, I design a *lot* of electronics, over 100 designs per year. Most of them I make for me or for customers. Sometimes, I find a design so handy that I like to share it with others. For that, there is my Tindie store. My name is mux by the way, and I don't just make electronics, I make muxtronics!
As for more of my background: I am an electronic design engineer by trade and mostly design power electronics - that is: dc/dc converters, AC power supplies, power measurement equipment, electronic loads and the like. Aside from that I have a fairly broad engineering education and background, which means I like to do systems design, design for manufacturing, build enclosures using a variety of methods and so on.
