12vdc vs 24vdc?

After reading the datasheet on this product I ordered it(2) for a pump controller.
In the datasheet it said 9-36VDC, the two I received are set to 24VDC and I had to order
12v to 24v up-converters to make work.
So, the docs and description both could be better. I have only used them on "the bench" so far.

Will update when on the pump.

You could also use 12V DC to power supply. It also works, no problem. The products really support 9-36V DC power supply. 24V DC or 12V DC both OK. On sticker we only writes 24V DC because space limit. Please note. Any questions, welcome to discuss with us first. Thank you!
