This is a wireless solution for crane control
In office, there is a control panel to control 3 cranes (in different places) emergency stop. Previously our customers use wires to connect between them. Considering it is hard to wire cable between buildings, they plan to use wireless solution. Then we provide this solution.
install a LS-RDIO0404 4-loop digital I/O module in office (control panel)
each field, install a LS-RDIO0202 2-loop digital I/O module (crane)
Sometimes it is hard, inconvenient and costly to wire cables in some field, then we need wireless solution.
This is a radio based wireless solution, no need internet, reliable, no monthly fee, no third-party error.
Input: 2 isolated digital active inputs (passive input customize)
Output: 2 isolated relay passive contact outputs (active output customize), contact max load 5A@220V AC, 5A@30V DC.
Communication: RS485 (wireless RS485customize)
Protocol: Modbus RTU
Collocated with a wireless data module whose transmitting distance is about 2km-3km. The working frequency 433MHz (400-470MHz); RF power: 1W; Receiving sensitivity: -123dBm
