This board can be used as USB interface as well as data logger. It features 4 thermocouple channels using MAX31855 ICs.
The Thermocouples (not included) are connected via the usual mini connectors.
Via a Qwiic/Stemma QT compatible I2C connector up to 8 MCP9808 precision temperature sensors can be connected to add more high precision cannels.
The firmware is open source and can be modified by the user. A debug connector is placed on the board, so updating the softwatre is possible via debugger or the arduino bootloader.

Different versions of a 3D-printed case are available as an option.
Standalone data logging requires a micro SD card formatted with FAT16 or FAT32 (not included).
The logging configuration is written as config.txt directly in the root folder of the SD card. A template can be found in the github repository. Pressing the button starts and stops the data logging.
The LED blinks briefly each time, when a new data point is recorded. The logged data is stored as .csv file on the SD-card.
The sensors can be read using SCPI style commands.
All commands are documented on the github page. A python library for data acquisition and an example how to read the sensors can be found in the project repository on github.
