Not easy to find gears with a module smaller than 0.5. Miniature sensors and processors open the door to new applications. A set of gears will allow you to develop original devices and optimize the gear ratio.

Didel developped in 2006 that unique family of miniature gears, module 0.3. They are designed for ultralight RC aircraft powered by a 6 to 12 mm pager motor. Thousands have been sold by distributors in the USA, Asia and Europe, to enthusiasts who are now in decreasing numbers. Didel reduces significantly its price to encourage creativity in other areas.

Building the housing is now easy with a 3D printer working with a 0.1mm precision. Pins or small rivets can be used for shafts if suitable steel or brass rods are not available.
