Easy interfacing

Connect the 2 I2C lines and the 2 power lines. A cable and male/female strips are provided if you do not stock them. In parallel to the Grove connector, there are holes for a 2.54mm male or female strip. Inside DgTelli2c

A Microchip PIC 16F882 is the hart of the system. Programmed with the free, easy to install SmileNG assembler, the program is compact (less than 800 bytes). I2C is handled by interrupt, refresh rate is better than 100 Hz.

Multimode debugging display is versatile

This I2C version of the DgTell display provides many additional modes for displaying debug information. Like the other DgTell displays, its nice and small. All modes are available via the I2C interface. Display of ASCII is even possible using clever use of the 7 segment digits. Very cool!

Great tool for debugging.

Great tool, works as described, amazingly low footprint (both physically and code size wise) Wish it had come with a grove wire connector, as I am not using it with grove products. Otherwise, works as described, support is good; well worth it. It does require some pre-planning on how you're going to use it get debug info, but it is worth the effort.
