Works flawlessly

For UZG-01 - Universal ZigBee Gateway

I bought one a year ago and it’s has worked without issue since day 1. It has never needed to be reset or tinkered with, it just works. Much better than the cheap old USB stick I had.

Outstanding Example of DIY excellence

For ZigStar LAN Gateway

I found the product while looking for a Zigbee/LAN Gateway. The support website ist absolute excellent and provides detailed information to get started right away and also helps you after that. The product itself as been manufactured with a lot of thought. Not firmware has many options and make getting started very easy.
The price is very attractive for what it offers.
The only thing I regret is not buying more :)

Super coordinator!

For ZigStar LAN Gateway

If you like open-source and stable hardware, this is the coordinator you want! It is very easy to set up and comes preflashed with the correct software. Once hooked up and configured with Zigbee2MQTT, it just works like you expect without any hick-ups (unlike other coordinators). Note that this Gateway also uses the WT32-ETH01 ESP32 board which is also great! I didn't test the Wi-Fi or USB feature because I use it on a specific location with only ethernet available, but the ethernet part works like you expect, The Wi-Fi seems like a backup to me, but not the main feature to use on this product.

Great controller for ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT

For UZG-01 - Universal ZigBee Gateway

Really great controller with the latest MCU and POE support. It works as expected once you have found optimal configuration and placement in your home. The only drawback at the moment is the firmware for the CC2652P7, it still needs some tweaking to reach full potential (I had to change my Zigbee network channel for the first time ever to achieve rock solid connections). But with future updates in the works, the UZG-01 will most likely become one of the best Zigbee controllers. Highly recommended!

Works great

For UZG-01 - Universal ZigBee Gateway

I've been using router dongles for years and decided switched to this coordinator, I had no idea zigbee was not supposed to be laggy! LAN connectivity allowed me to put this coordinator far away from the server and in a way better spot in my home. I really appreciate the work on the documentation with the info on how to connect it to zigbee2mqtt. Very easy, it also gets auto-detected by home assistant for ZHA, but I didn't test that. I'm pretty sure this coordinator would be great for people coming in fresh into all things zigbee. And as a bit of a newbie too, I really apreciate the itjustworksness.
I also would like to note that I had a shipping problem and the support handleld it absolutely fantastically, I am very pleased.

Amazing product

For ZigStar Olizig PoE

This is a great alternative for USB dongles without the limitation of placing coordinator near the server, which drastically could improve Zigbee network stability. The shipping was blazing fast, and the device just work out of the box. Replaced my existing USB CC2652P dongle just by specifying serial port in Zigbee2MQTT settings without re-pairing any of my devices. Great device overall!

It just works, buy it

For ZigStar LAN Gateway

I think I bought about 4 different dongles and gateways to use with Home Assistant, and all of them had different issues. If you are serious about home automation, you want to make things work, rather than having to fix things every couple days.

So far, the ZigStar LAN Gateway is the only device which allowed me to forget about my Zigbee network, because there are no issues with it whatsoever. Zero. Even after 6+ months of usage, I never encountered any problems. It works with the wide range of different Zigbee devices I have at home, from IKEA, Xiaomi Aqara, Sonoff, etc. This is by far the best Zigbee product I have ever used. Rock solid, highly recommended. I sincerely thank the developer for creating this awesome product.

Quick shipping and amazing configuration options

For ZigStar Olizig PoE

Delivery was quick and the packaging had plenty of soft padding around the devices. One of the devices had the dip switches left in the USB-to-ESP mode and the Zigbee module was not responding over the TCP-to-UART bridge. Reach out to the seller, found the schematics on the GitHub repository and was able to resolve the problem in minutes. Now it works great with HomeAssistant (zigbee2mqtt integration) and all the devices I had previously registered via the old CC2530 radio.

Quickly dispatched, works very well with z2m.

For ZigStar ZBStick-Pro

I was already using a cc2652R (eval from TI)
I needed to replace a cc2531 in another place I'm going to move to. The upgrade from cc2531 to zigstar stick v4 was straightforward with zigbee2mqtt, (no need to rebind)
I was able to upgrade the firmware with cc2538-bsl.
A good purchase, I will recommend it.

Just awesome

For ZigStar ZBStick-Pro

From communication to fast shipping (EU based), and utilization.
The ZigStar Stick v4 comes pré-flashed with Zigbee2Mqtt compatible firmware so I just had to shutdown the service on RPi, adjust the configuration port and voilá, all sensors, buttons, etc. connected to the new controller without any issue.

World class product!

For ZigStar LAN Gateway

I feel like there are very few LAN capable coordinators out there, so its already unique. But was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to setup, and how rock solid the performance of this is. With a LAN coordinator its super easy to set it up with docker instances, plus you can move it around wherever you like, lots of homes have ethernet cables and sockets all over the place, very few have usb cables in that manner so it makes a lot of sense to have something like this.

Excellent, works out of the box with Zigbee2MQTT

Was looking for a good zigbee stick for Home Aasistant and Zigbee2MQTT. Received the product within 4 days and plugged it in and it worked out of the box! Very happy.

Great gateway and excellent service from seller

The gateway itself is excellent, I had a few troubles flashing from Windows 10 but switching to a Unix box it was a simple process following the instructions on the site. The seller Radu provides excellent service, the first gateway sent got lost by UPS and Radu kindly sent out another
