This is perfect. A beautifully designed extra bit of #badgelife that I am proud to have the ability to #flavaflave alongside my DC27 badge. The infinity gauntlet is a clever and welcome s#!tty addon as well. My only criticism is that the LEDs on the ARC reactor could stand to be a bit brighter. :-) Though I think I might have a little fun replacing the surface mount resisters at hardware hacking village to up the brightness...
Wow! The rune details on the pumpkin hat are beautiful! There are so many nifty details in the badge, and a lanyard and 2 batteries were included. I love that $5 of the money from these badges get donated to a great girls STEM program. Make something awesome, sell it, and give back. Thanks for inspiring me that PCBs can be cute, badass, creative, and techy.
Bought these knowing they required a bit of extra work to get ready for use. I've not worked with parts as tiny as the surface mounted LEDs and the resistor before so it was great practice and a good learning experience. The assembly directions on Hackaday are easy to follow. The end result is a cool looking SAO or a solid stand alone badge if you power it a smaller Arduino board. Looking forward to next year's (hopefully sooner) creations!
Best ever quality and very happy with my SAO. This design is awesome and the craftmanship is epic. I would buy again! Thanks for your kindness he has helped high school students get involved with badgelife! Many thanks.
