The physical device is good but I have not been able to try the software on it as it already had been configured with a password before it arrived and the seller won’t reply to my messages on this site or their website?
It is possible to reinstall the device firmware but for the money I was expecting it simply need an update, very disappointed with customer service!

Please use the manual attached to the product (listed on product page) for obtaining default user credentials to access AttracThor web page, to make things easier i am linking it below:
