For iCA03 - USB PIC & EEPROM Programmer Set
I'm no programmer and had no experience with tools like these but within 30 minutes of receipt I successfully programmed my first PIC ever! Good, clear documentation and software. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I have no reference to other similar equipment to compare.
