I ordered the product a while ago and had some trouble receiving it, but the seller was awesome in handling the problems and helping me to receive it. I am totally happy with buying here and the product itself!
This product performed remarkably well, the touchscreen is very responsive and the screen is fast and vibrant.
After buying a cheap screen on eBay and having issues with the display being closed source, precompiled kernel and generally just being a pain, I'm happy to report this screen was easy to setup with the notro codebase installed with the Raspberry Pi kernel. A one line option inside config.txt (dtoverlay=piscreen2r) and the screen worked flawlessly.
Communication was also excellent, less than 1 day response for a question regarding the SPI configuration of the screen. Included with the screen was also a stylus, 2 plastic supports, cool looking circuit board and a sticker.
Overall I'm very happy with this screen and if I need another screen in the future I'll probably get it from OzzMaker.
I bought one of these in order to make my Raspberry Pi with a battery pack into a portable IMU for developmental purposes. My aim was to be able to use the RPi and this module from Python and make the first exploratory tests for some movement-related projects and thanks to the great documentation and examples provided by the creator, I was up and running in no time. Feels great to avoid any real low level coding when all I really want is a quick general sense of the forces involved in some movements. My Python module for interfacing with the BerryIMU can be found on Github (https://github.com/hbldh/pyberryimu), for anyone desiring to use it.
