Shipping to Canada took 1 month and it was never suggested that it would take that long. I would have paid more for shipping if given the option to have it delivered faster.
More importantly when the product arrived it never worked; the receiver powers on properly but the transmitter appears to shut down after a few seconds. I sent a video at the seller's request, showing the problem I was having, and it was determined that more information was needed and that I should Skype with the engineer. There is a 12 hour difference between us so it has been difficult to arrange a time for a Skype meeting and the last 2 times I tried to contact the engineer I didn't get a reply.
I am very disappointed in this experience. I feel like I should have been sent a replacement unit or at least been asked to return the unit for repair. This is poor customer service and a poor introduction to shopping on Tindie.
