First of all, I am very sorry for the long transit time of your package.
According to my backend, you placed your order on August 8th and opted for the standard rate without tracking. This means there is no tracking available; there are just stamps on your package. If you wished to have package tracking for your order, you should have chosen either registered post or DHL. At checkout, these options are clearly marked as having or lacking tracking options.
Generally, orders to the US arrive within 10 working days. Your order has been in transit for quite a long time, but it's not unheard of for it to take up to 5 weeks. This is most likely due to the DHS and/or customs holding your package for inspection and possible import duty handling. I'm afraid there is no other option than to wait for the package to arrive. Again, I am sorry for the long transit time and possible mixup about tracking, but right now this is out of my control.
