So I recieved and email almost one full month after ordering this product. NO PRODUCT HAS YET TO SHOW UP and I still have no tracking number. At this point I am not sure I will ever reveive this order and feel this group stole my money. I would not make any purchases from this group.
First off thanks for the communications. One problem is that a purchaser is not required to create an account to purchase an item however you seem to be forced to do this in order to get any updates or status on your order. This seems odd as I continue to recieve advertisements from Tindie via email with no account needed. Why were you not able to send me an email with the status of my order like when it was shipped or even a tracking number? It seems other companies can do this without problems.
Again further communication from the owner and a proper timeline were provided promptly. I appreciate the quick repsonse and now have the information needed. This seems to be a group that really cares about the customers and will work to resolve problems. Thanks for the effort I will be excited to test the product when it arrives and hope to purchase more.
