Item was not the right connection for my clock. I've tried to contact them but no response which is very frustrating. Guess I should have researched and bought from someone else that would better support the product they sell.

The Tindie support page also doesn't show any open request on until 12.07.2020 We are trying to contact you throw the email since the day you posted here 16th June using your registered email on the purchase.
