For USB-C for PS4 controller
Purchased this adapter before and was very impress with the quality and ease of use so I ordered 2 more! But unlike the product the service and communication is absolutely horrible. It's been 2 months since I last ordered and nothing has arrived. I've tried reaching out to Marius Heier on 4 DIFFRENT PLATFORMS to no avail and got no support or even a word! I'm In the process with getting a refund through PayPal because I can't even contact the creator to issue a refund! I was really holding out hope for you Marius because you've made such a great product but it's marred by your lack of communication.
*UPDATE: I apologize but it was legitimately frustrating trying to contact you to find a solution to this problem. I didn't know that this was a one man operation since it was never mentioned before but if I knew that prior I'd have more of an understanding of your situation. But still, if the only means of getting in contact with you is through a review then that is kind of an issue. Thank you for the refund, your adapter is still amazing and I still consider it one of the best mod for the DS4 controller.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'm active on Discord most of the day and usually respond within minutes, except when I'm sleeping. I get tons of emails and DMs, so it can take longer to respond on other platforms.
For quicker resolutions, if you are not happy about the waiting time, you can always email Tindie support for a refund, which is typically handled within hours.
Since this review is anonymous, I can’t assist directly as I don't have any way of finding your order number. I'm happy to refund your purchase. However, negative reviews can deter other potential customers, which is frustrating when I’ve sold thousands of these boards with minimal issues.
It's also important to have the right expectations. I'm a single individual doing all this work, mainly to keep the costs down and have an accessible product for everyone. Please keep this in mind when setting your expectations—this is not a big corporation with a customer service department ready to answer everything within a short timeframe.
