I purchased the product, but it never arrived despite waiting a reasonable amount of time. I do not recommend buying from this seller, as my experience shows they are not reliable or trustworthy.

Because the lithium batteries for this product require special shipping channels, we've had other customers experience similar situations where packages were returned to our warehouse by the shipping company's agent and subsequently missed. We hadn't received your inquiry, and the shipping company we selected couldn't track the package in the Tindie system, causing the return to be delayed. We deeply apologize and have arranged for a reshipment. Due to the extended delay, we contacted you again via message and email to confirm if your shipping information had changed. Furthermore, the logistics company informed us that the situation in Chile is unique, and you now need to provide your tax number before they can accept the shipment. Once we receive your relevant information, we will ship it out immediately. If you haven't received it within a month, please feel free to contact us.
We included photos of the package we sent to the shipping company in our message and email, including the tracking number, date, and contents, to demonstrate that we did not intentionally delay or refuse to ship. We hope you can understand.
