How does one become a Tindarian?
We look for the most active & best members of the Tindie community, and invite them to join. There isn't a selection process or form to fill out. The only way to become a Tindarian is by being a nice & active member of the Tindie community!
I'm an Electronic Engineer with over 12 years experience in hardware and software designs. Most of them are for a railway applications, including security systems (SIL2 and SIL4 certifications). I'm involved in most parts of the project, from design concept to final test equipment. As a Hardware designer, my skills are: design schematics (OrCAD), PCB routing, testbench, communication protocols (RS232, RS485, I2C, 1-Wire, SPI, Serial Ethernet, microcontrollers (8051-based, some PIC, Freescale Coldfire), and so on. As a software designer, I programming most of the time in C, for embedded microcontrollers or for a PC applications, using most of time LabWindows CVI enviroment. I also generate all the documentation involved in each process.
