This kit consists in a prototype board, an IP55 box and 4 M3 screws. With these materials, you can mount electronic prototypes in an outdoor ambient.
I develop this board because always I've the same problem: it's difficult to develop an electronic prototype and after find an enclosure where fits. With this kit you can start prototyping in a board that matches with the box. So when you finish your electronics, only must put the board with the 4 M3 screws and you have a perfect embedded prototype, ready to install in indoor / outdoor enviroments.

I'm an Electronic Engineer with over 12 years experience in hardware and software designs. Most of them are for a railway applications, including security systems (SIL2 and SIL4 certifications). I'm involved in most parts of the project, from design concept to final test equipment. As a Hardware designer, my skills are: design schematics (OrCAD), PCB routing, testbench, communication protocols (RS232, RS485, I2C, 1-Wire, SPI, Serial Ethernet, microcontrollers (8051-based, some PIC, Freescale Coldfire), and so on. As a software designer, I programming most of the time in C, for embedded microcontrollers or for a PC applications, using most of time LabWindows CVI enviroment. I also generate all the documentation involved in each process.
