Transistors have recently gotten me out of a couple of jams, so I figured it was time to learn them properly. You can't do better than this kit, which makes things tangible (at least for me, 'learn by doing' is the way to go) in ways that circuit simulators can't, and the included breadboard, jumper wires, and especially the EXCELLENT guide/manual make it a treat and a joy to use with everything you'd need as a beginner. Mr. Calhoun is sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm here, and I really appreciate it.
