They will give you a US address to ship to, and then they will send the package on to you using a reliable mail service. I've also looked in to UPS and FedEx, but they are too expensive for small boxes.

Outstanding!

For LCD replacement for TRS-80 PC-1 / Sharp PC-1211

I can’t thank you enough for making these LCD panels available. I have an old TRS-80 pocket computer that’s been suffering from screen rot forever. This brought it back to life.

Aside from the acetone soak, the surgery took well less than an hour. The only bit that went a little sideways was the wiper on the contrast pot, where the solder joint broke from the torque trying to free the wiper. But it was easily soldered back and my old friend lives once more!

Great product to fix vintage calculators.

For LCD replacement for Sharp EL-5100

Received the LCD for the sharp 5100 and replaced the LCD in my 5100s and it now works perfectly. Great product will defently buy again for other calculators in my collection when the old LCD's start to fail.
Update 5-25-23 purchased another LCD for a Sharp 1500 this time and fixed this calculator also. This calculator had a total black screen from LCD bleed and now it is like brand new.

For LCD replacement for TRS-80 PC-1 / Sharp PC-1211

Hello Robert,
I have two Sharp PC-1211 which weren't useable anymore since years due to the wellknown LCD problem. I'm a sailor and a fan of astronomical navigation. The mathematics for that isn't the easiest one, that's why I tried in the early 80's to write a helping program in BASIC. ( 1 step, 0 memories left !!)
I succeeded in that and were using the program on that Sharp PC-1211 together with a sextant on many sailing trips worldwide.
I'm not so experienced in other modern program languages, that's why a friend of mine currently tries to get run my old BASIC- program on a windows based computer.
When I heard about your activities around the replacement of the LCD I was really curious, because that was maybe MY SOLUTION. I ordered two new LCDs and with the help of your perfect video on YouTube how to arrange the replacement, I succeeded !
Now, again I have two perfect working BASIC - computers in my hand.
Thanks a lot for your excellent help in that matter.

It’s a pity to see our beloved pocket computers dying. Thank to Robert, this is an old story.

I am the worst handyman I know but, thanks to the videos, I have been able to replace so far 1 PC 3, 1 Sharp PC 1251 and 1 Sharp PC 1211. So, if I can do it, everyone can.

PS: I changed today (Feb 18th 23) the screen of a PC 1245.

PS : Today (Feb. 18th 2023), I changed the screen of a PC 1245. I was lucky because, I had a good result at the second attempt. I paid attention to not damage the wires.
