I left 4 messages for the seller , no responce
For Tuner - Eurorack PCB Set and Kit
On Friday Jan 16 I received a damaged envelope from Canada Post all of the contents gone, and the envelope was "Repaired By Canada post " in a plastic Bag, with the usual Dear Customer we sincerely regret etc...... with a toll free Phone number to report the issues, I called Canada Post Customer service toll free number and was informed that only the shipper can claim for the damages, so I contacted the shipper again to give him the reference number for the claim this was my 4th attempt to contact him, still no reply or response .
I need to preface this by adding I have ordered several items from this seller in the past and have been excited by my kits , Excellent products and usually excellent Customer service, This incident is not his fault but I need his assistance to make a claim for the missing goods.and get my fees back.
I ordered the same kit again today and paid for it again , plus there are several other kits I will be interested in from this seller , I hope he comes forward to help me
as I really do like his products
I can not rate communication at this point as I have not had any.

Dear Paris,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention publicly, and please accept my sincere apologies for this situation. A persistent notification issue with Tindie's messaging system meant I never received your messages. This is entirely on my end, and I am very sorry for the frustration it caused.
I have just sent you a direct email to resolve this immediately. I am shipping a full replacement for your original order today at no cost and will refund your recent re-purchase in full. I will also handle the claim process with Canada Post directly.
To all customers: please contact me via email for any urgent matters, as the Tindie message system can be unreliable. My email is '**david** at **davidhaillant.com**'.
Paris, thank you again for your patience and loyalty. I am committed to making this right.
Best regards,
David
