Extremely Disappointed with My Order
For Framework Laptop USB-A-ugment Expansion Card
I placed an order 39 days ago, and to my dismay, I have yet to receive it. Despite being promised not once, but twice by the seller that they would resolve the issue, I find myself still waiting with no sign of my order.
EDIT2: After patiently waiting for 140 days, I've reached the point of giving up. It's disheartening because the seller kept promising to ship my order but never followed through. Honestly, it feels like a letdown, and I'd caution others to steer clear of this seller!!!
EDIT: Despite Arya's public prompt response (19days ago), I have still not received any communication as of October 2. I understand that delivery or production issues can occur, but effective communication is crucial. I had genuinely hoped it was just a misunderstanding, and this situation is starting to become quite frustrating.
The first promise was, "I'll check up on it." Fair enough, mistakes can happen in the shipping process, and I was willing to be patient. However, when nothing changed, I reached out again, and the seller assured me, "Oww! I’ll mail you a new one within a day." This gave me hope that they were taking the matter seriously and that I would finally receive what I paid for.
Regrettably, even after this second commitment, I have received nothing. I completely understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but it's frustrating and disappointing to have paid for something I have yet to receive after such a long wait.

Hey! Sorry for the inconvenience, I was busy with work and didn't reply to your message from yesterday. Right before shipping, I realized I assembled your replacement card with USB3 sockets that had a different pin order, which resulted in a short-circuit. It's now waiting for me to bring it to the post office, I'll update you with a tracking number tomorrow privately. -Arya
