Prototyping carrier board that can turn the ATttiny85 into a slave I2C device

What is it?

Custom-designed PCB that is meant as a carrier board for the ATtiny85 chip. With it, the Attiny85 can be easily turned into a slave I2C device.

The board directly exposes the I2C lines to a pin header and provides a proto-board for the rest of your device.

Why did you make it?

Ever since I started tinkering with electronics, I was always amazed by the Attiny85 as it is so small and requires no extra components. So far, I have used it in many projects, but on a recent one, I had the idea to make a dedicated board that I can then use on more complex projects to offload some tasks to the Attiny85.

What makes it special?

The ATTiny Device board is the simplest way of creating an Attiny85 I2C slave device. The included proto board allows for soldering of any extra required sensors or components and it also includes mounting holes so it can be secured inside enclosures.
