DESCRIPTION

This board was custom designed to provide an industrial finish for a pressure sensor (T.E. Connectivity Measurement Specialities, Series MS4515). This sensor requires 3.3 Volts power and uses a Two-Wire (I2C) interface. The board contains one 5V to 3.3V regulator, a level shifter, three LED diodes (PWR, SDA, SCL) and 10 Kohm pull-up resistors for the I2C bus lines.

To use it you must supply one pressure sensor (MS4515 or compatible), one 4 pos. 0.2" terminal block and (optionally) a DIN rail plastic enclosure to complete a functional unit that can be incorporated into any industrial system.

I have a few boards remaining from the prototyping phase that I can offer below cost. If someone needs more units I can order more or give the project files for your own manufacturing.

USAGE

This board was designed for a specific sensor, however it can accommodate pressure sensors from Sensirion (Series DP611) and Omron (Series D6F-PH), as well as many others if you are able to tweak a little with it. These two sensors (but not the MS4515) must be mounted in the bottom side of the board, as it was the customer request. (See the pictures for examples).
