Read More…This is an modified version to my previous Z80 single board computer. Full assembled and all-in-one Z80 Single board computer supporting video out (NTSC) and keyboard input (PS/2). Main MCU is TOSHIBA TMP84C015, which contains Z80 CPU, Z80-CGC, Z80-CTC, two Z80-SIOs, two Z80-PIOs. All of internal function can be activated through programming and on board terminal. CAUTION: Video support NTSC only (no support for PAL and SECAM). Keyboard layout is US101 (EN).
Initially I had a plan to sell this one as a semi-assembled kit but I noticed the required skill is not general one for casual kit and I changed it to sell as "fully-assembled" computer.
Z80 is surely ancient, but 8bit technology is a basis of all modern computing. This item will be suitable for "just want to use old environment" in addition to power 8bit users. Everyone can enjoy 8-bit world!
All you will need to prepare:
PS/2 keyboard (US101(106) layout), 5V DC center plus AC-DC converter, Video screen supporting NTSC input
