What is it?

A slim profile board for ESP32 devkit (DIYMORE or other 25.4mm wide 42pin) and built in BME280 to control four fans using ESPHome or other ESP32 software. The package fits neatly into DeskPi Rackmate 1U Venting Blank Panel together with two 40mm fans.

Compared to dual fan-controller this version has on-board BME280 for temperature, humidity and pressure measurement. vertical USB-port for powering fans and ESP-board. * 4 fan

The board fits in two configurations:

• On the side of two fans as shown in the picture using the onboard USB port for power.

• Between the two fans using a breakout USB board for power (space constraint).

To make this product work you will need a compatible ESP32 Dev-kit board (e.g. DIYMORE) - PLEASE check pin-out and width (25.4mm between pin-rows)

The mounting holes are m3 size with distance 32mm x 76mm OR 32mm x 82mm.

Why did you make it?

I was looking for a super compact 5V cooling solution for my 3U rack. I could not find anything which fit my needs so I decided to design my own.

What makes it special?

The form factor and control through ESPHome for manual or PID control using the onboard temperature sensor.

The PCB is made by and assembled by JCLPCB in China and shipped from Germany.
