System Fan for the Apple II+ and IIe & Compatibles

This is our brand new SystemSaver II fan for the Apple II+ and IIe produced by The Apple2OnlineStore. The SystemSaver II draws hot air out of the Apple II case and can extend the computer's life by reducing heat damage over time. We have matched the color of the IIe Enhanced as best as we could given the finite filament colors available.

The SystemSaver II features a clear, quiet 12-volt fan with 4 red LEDs that provide a soft glow through the decorative grill that features the iconic Apple logo in the center. The rear panel has the 120 V power connector with lighted ON/OFF switch.

We now include a wall surge suppressor from Fellowes which has three AC outlets - enough for the SystemSaver II, your Apple II and monitor!

An important feature of the SystemSaver II is the user-replaceable fins. Those familiar with the original SystemSaver system know that one of the most common failures of that system were the fins that hang the unit from the Apple II case. We spent considerable time trying to get fins that would not break so easily & met with no success until we came upon a design by CUYL that has easily-replaced fins! We were able to modify that design for our units. Our SystemSaver II ships with 4 fins; two are used to hang the unit from the Apple II case, the other two are spares should you break a fin or two. [Additional fins are available in our webstore for a nominal price should you ever need more!]
