Read More…A slim profile board for ESP32 devkit (DIYMORE) and BME280 (breakout board) to control two fans using ESPHome or other ESP32 software. The package fits neatly into DeskPi Rackmate 1U Venting Blank Panel together with two 40mm fans.
The board fits in two configurations:
On the side of two fans as shown in the picture using the onboard USB port for power.
Between the two fans using a breakout USB board for power (space constraint).
To make this product work you will need a compatible ESP32 Dev-kit board (e.g. DIYMORE) - PLEASE check pin-out. Optional breakout boards

I was looking for a super compact 5V cooling solution for my 3U rack. I could not find anything which fit my needs so I decided to design my own.
The form factor and control through ESPHome for manual or PID control using the onboard temperature sensor.
