I grew up in the 80's and got my first computer when I was 9 years old. It was a Sinclair ZX81, a very limited machine, but it opened up a whole new world for me. When I was about 12 years old, I got a 16K Sinclair ZX Spectrum, which was soon replaced by a 48K Spectrum +. I have very fond memories of this computer, despite it's limitations. Spent many hours playing, coding, etc.
Turning on a Spectrum is like going back in time, nothing fancy, just simple old ZX Basic :-).
Now, I really enjoy tinkering with those old machines, especially Atari, Commodore and Sinclair.
As time allows I hope to provide kits or assembled boards to keep retro computers alive and well in the 21st century.
