Works as descripted.
The seller gives support.
No installation necessary. After connecting the board was found as storage device. I edited the main.py like it is explained in the Doku: https://github.com/dokuhn/RP2040-MiniPill-LoRa-Docs. No problem to join the LoRaWAN and see the devive connected to TheThingsNetwork.org.
I'm very satisfied.
