Quite a nice board!
For RPi CM4 Gigabit Router Baseboard with NVME
Picked this up to pair with a spare CM4 I had. Built on the instructions to create an image that worked to my needs. (IE: You will not be able to install kmods from opkg because of the custom kernel, so include what you need in your build). I threw in two spare NVME SSDs I had, using one for docker containers, and the other as a NAS drive. Easily handles my gigabit internet. Impressive bit of kit for the $$$.

Just so you know, I have updated the build script, such that it is now possible to update the generated OpenWrt image by adding kmods and packages from the official repository using opkg, or LuCI software interface.
