Order Processing We process all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. During national holidays or peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Origin All packages ship from A Coruña, Spain, via Correos.
Delivery Methods & Estimated Times • Spain (peninsula): 2–5 business days • Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 3–7 business days • Europe (rest of EU): 7–15 business days • Rest of World: 10–30 business days (varies by destination country)
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You’ll see the exact cost before you confirm payment.
Tracking Every order includes a Correos tracking number. As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, we’ll email you the tracking code so you can follow its progress.
Customs & Import Taxes For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before you receive your tracking number. Once the package is in transit, Correos’s address‐change policies and fees will apply.
Delays & Claims If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, marked “Delivered” but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with Correos to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement as needed.
