Great Product - can be used for LCD too!
For Pi Camera HDMI Cable Extension
I got this for the Raspberry Pi camera , but didn't need it in the end for the camera as I changed my project design (for the better), however I just tried it with the official 7" LCD screen and it extends that over HDMI too - I used a short HDMI cable (80cm) and it worked perfectly , so now my screen can be separate from the pi.
When I bought these (pre covid) the item arrived really quickly into NZ from Japan.

For Pi Camera HDMI Cable Extension
I'm working on a big project / invention. I created a climate controller / grow assistant that helps people grow their medicine at home. It's called "Antheia". The heart of Antheia is a Raspberry Pi. One day, I want to sell it (here). So I have to make a beautiful and easy to use case for it. Antheia comes with a lot of sensors (Temperature, Humidity, Light, pH, EC, Water Tank, Soil Moisture, CO²) and they all have to be connect to the Raspberry Pi as easy as possible. Antheia comes with a camera too. So you can look at your plants without opening your grow box and destroying the micro climate you created. To connect the camera I'm using this product here. It's the only solution on the market that works without opening my Antheia Box and connect the camera directly on the board.
It's a little annoying that it comes from Japan. So it takes over a month to be delivered to me.

It does what it is supposed to
For Pi Camera HDMI Cable Extension
It arrived quite early(5 days, not really long). Did not check the images provided on the product page(silly me!) and it did not work first time. Then check the images, reconnected and it worked. So it did what it is supposed to. But if possible, the price should be cut down a little more to attract more customers.
Setting communication to OK as I did not talk to anyone.(I guess thats what communication rating is for)

A very fine product. It solves a common problem.
For Pi Camera HDMI Cable Extension
This is a Great product. This was exactly what I was loking for. It solves my problem with extending the camera of My raspberry, since I want the Cam in an other place than the raspbian. So far I have only tested this with still pictures and with a 2 meter HDMI cable. it worked great. For My use, this is perfect.
for an future improvement, why not make some adapter with mini/micro HDMI. But thanks anyway.

Pi 3 model B with 7" Touch Screen

Great little product. Used with my 7" Touch Screen for an in-car infotainment system, and works exactly as expected. Plug and play with no instructions required, shipping was fine and very reasonably priced. Thanks!
