Brilliant product and outstanding support
For ESP32 Control Board Ver. 2.1
I ordered a bunch of these boards with off board SHT temperature probes for a number of projects. Shipping turnaround was as quick or better than the large E-tailors, packaging was incredibly well padded and clean. Delivery to Australia was painless and quick via USPS.
I've used the first couple of controllers to drive active ventilation of some enclosed spaces (locked server rack in an awkward spot needing active airflow, enclosed multi section entertainment cabinet with computers, receivers, game consoles) and they have both worked brilliantly / without flaws.
*I* made the mistake of not asking for MQTT to be configured up front and forgot to ask about power supply configuration when I ordered, but updating the configuration was simply, and questions to the vendor about power supply configurations were answered in under 24 hours ensuring that I was able to source a localized PS and _not_ let all the magic smoke out of my shiny new toys.
The units have been rock solid and I've had zero issues since installing them to the point where I am planning to use the last of the batch in a much more ambition office ventilation project (small office, no windows or ac, door closed for noise and focus purposes == roasting quickly) - The controller board has just enough fan and other connectors and current capacity to allow me to control both a set of egress fans at ceiling height to vent heat, a set of ingress fans to push in conditioned air into the office using silent fans that turn off when PWM'd to 0
My very non-technical wife was amazed by the small size and how offboard temperature probes could be used / how much of a difference the entertainment unit project made (receiver stops shutting off in the middle of her shows), and started hatching plans of her own for more controllers after seeing me test the office build hardware -> Very pleased with the product, quality and support, will order more for future projects for sure!
