Hello :)

My name is Dave and I'm from Berlin - web developer by day, tinkerer at night. Since early 2014 I'm sharing my projects on hackaday.io and learned a lot about electronics on that platform. I like to design and share cool looking printed circuit boards and 3D printed projects. Sneaking in a cool spin on something is my goal, what sometimes leads me to abandoned projects. That's nothing I plan to sell here though! This is the better end of my projects, revised to work as a kit or sell as one piece. Great little product, very atttion grabbing! However, the fastening clip is weak as it came apart and I lost one of them.
I need to modify my remaining unit somehow, to secure it better.

thank you for your review! Actually heard that the first time, I usually squeeze the metal that holds the pin with a nose plier so it won't come off easily, but might have overlooked that one. Wow, full of surprises!

What a fun batch to make, and it looks FANTASTIC... but I didn't expect to see persistence of vision come out of the LEDs in a few of the visual modes - WOW, mind blown!
This is really a great badge to make yourself or to give as a gift!

I really enjoyed building this batch... the kit was really well put together and the LED colour guides were very clever with easy to understand placement and orientation. You can easily see how much care has been put into designing and making this badge!
