This board is an ESP32-S2-based Wifi Fancontroller.
It allows you to control up to 4 independant PWM Fans and read temperature & humdity at the installed location. E.g. you can use a standard 12V 120mm Noctua PC fan as an exhaust for a PC inside a cupboard.

Basics
12V DC Barrel Input (5.5x2.1mm, max. 2.5A)
4x PWM Fan Output (only limited by 2.5A input limit)
When I built my first rack, I found no readily available solution for controlling PWM fans via HomeAssistant. That's when I decided to make this product.
I'm using it in my network racks for ventilation. Put 2x 120mm PWM fans on top for exhaust, add a internal fan for circulation and you're good to go.
Software Stack
This PCB comes pre-flashed with an ESPHome Factory Image or can be reflashed via a USB or Wifi.

Amazing DIY Product!
Product works amazingly and is even better than expected. Creator is quick to reply to issues and questions. Shipping was timely and was even faster than expected. Would buy again. Love ready-made ESPHOME products like this. Wish there was more like this. Used mine in a DIY air filter.

Perfect for any Home Assistant Enthusiast!
G'day from Australia! Similar use cases to other reviewers, this controller is installed within my rack, powering a couple of Notcuas. Looks great, configurations and integration with Home Assistant were very easy to set up. Will most likely buy a couple more of these down the line. Would recommend.

Exactly what I needed - very good product!
Surprised something like this doesn't already exist since wanting to control fans via Home Assistant seems like a pretty common use case. Used the fan controller to control fans within my server rack which badly needing some cooling and this works perfectly. Documentation could have been more comprehensive - for some reason the api was disabled within the Rev3 ESPHome yaml config which means I couldn't connect to it from Home Assistant out of the box and there was no documentation about how to resolve this so it took a big of digging to work out how to flash a new firmware OTA with the api enabled. Overall very well put together, would recommend.

Thank you for bringing this up, the missing api config is indeed an oversight when creating the example configuration. As you also noted, the documentation indeed is in some dire need of improvement, which will happen soon.
