It’s printed in PETG for heat resistance and everyday durability, and the two halves bolt together using real steel hardware. The extra strength is noticeable, especially if you carry your Flipper around or plug in and unplug cables a lot.

This design started with the model from fivesixzeros on Printables. I’ve made a few changes here at Z-Axis Labs to tighten the fit, reinforce the middle section, improve the nut pockets, and add a small cutout around the ESP chipset to help with airflow.
