What is it?

A simple robot easy to print and assemble, with 8 DOF and some interesting moves to keep you going with your robotics research and study. You can either buy the robot fully assembled or the kit with all the necessary components to get started with robotics easily. If you have access to 3D printer and all the components necessary to make BOCA, you can visit its repository to download the design files and instructions on how to create one yourself, but you will not have access to the courses in robotics that I will be running.

What's included?

If you buy the kit:

• All the 3D printed files
• Nuts and bolts
• 1 x Arduino Nano
• 8 x SG90 servo
• 1 x PCA9685 module
• 1 x HC-05 bluetooth module
• 1 x step down converter module
• 1 x Battery Holder for 2 18650 batteries (battery not included)
• Jumper wires and several other components to help you follow my courses easily

If you buy the robot fully assembled:

• 1 x BOCA assembled, without battery
• All the electrical components, without battery

Why did you make it?

I am a PhD student wanting to have a robot platform to work on and research, as well as sharing my knowledge in robotics with everyone, this is the starting point of the exciting journey ahead for me and everyone interested in robotics.
