Humidity sensor in a threaded (1/2x13) round PVC housing. Two wire 4-20ma connectivity. Comes with two PVC mounting nuts for mounting in a 1/2" hole.

We made this to complete our line of environmental sensors. While not completely waterproof, the sensor can be used outside with a shroud to protect it from moisture penetration and snow and ice accumulation.

This has usage in both home automation systems as well as commercial HVAC systems. In industrial applications like paint application, bakeries, and greenhouses, humidity requires constant control. As such a humidity sensor can be an integral part of a PLC, process control meter, or SCADA system.

The H1 humidity sensor does not require calibration and has a +/- 45 accuracy. The sensor runs from a +24V supply, but can go down to +12V. Most 4-20ma input circuits use a 250 ohm resistor in series to make a 1-5V signal. If the sensor is to be used in the voltage mode (24V through the sensor then through a 250 ohm resistor to ground)
