The SnapRail 125mm Rail is the rigid backbone of the SnapRail modular SMT system. Engineered for maximum versatility, this precision-aligned rail provides a stable, low-profile anchor for your component cassettes, transforming a cluttered pile of cut-tapes into a professional-grade manual feeder bank. Its modular nature allows you to mix and match cassette sizes perfectly:

High-Density Setup: Fits up to 12x 8mm cassettes.
Balanced Setup: Perfectly accommodates the Starter Combo layout (7x 8mm + 2x 12mm + 1x 16mm).
Custom Setup: Scale and swap any combination of 8mm, 12mm, and 16mm cassettes as your component library grows.

Why did you make it?

I created the SnapRail system to end the frustration of chasing loose SMD components across the workbench, and these individual cassettes are the perfect way to expand your setup as your component library grows.

What makes it special?

Traditional storage boxes like the AideTek Box-All 144 are great for loose parts, but they fail the moment you have components on cut tape. SnapRail bridges that gap, allowing you to secure your tapes in individual, haptic-locking cassettes that slide onto a precision-aligned rail.
